The Concrete Panels is the FASTWALL system from FASTEM. We are distributors of FASTWALL for the Visayas and NCR areas. It is a Korean technology and is Lightweight and enables walls to be erected instantaneously. It is durable and uses less labor and other constuction materials thereby giving substantial savings. It is made of cement fiber boards which sandwiches polysterene beads and cement mixed with various chemicals making it the best quality concrete panel made in the Philippines. It is available in various thickness and height for use in both external and internal walling requirements.

The bonding of the concrete panels requires a STRONG ADHESION MATERIAL and we are strongly recommending the use of PIONEER PRO FLEX O-SEAL. It is a Class A polyurethane sealant and is a flexible, durable and weather resistant elastomeric sealant that has very good adhesion to concrete panels which are pre-cast.

The finish of the installed walls needs an excellent PAINT FINISH. It does not require PRIMERS and we are strongly recommending A-PLUS ELASTOMERIC PAINTS which is flexible and durable. It has pre-mixed colors available and just needs TOP COAT CLEAR for a semi-gloss or glossy finish.

The high cost of electricty limits the usage of AIR CONDITIONERS. This is to introduce ATLANTIS SOLAR AIRCONS which can give up to 60 % savings in electricity cost during daylight. It uses SOLAR TECHNOLOGY to minimize the compression of the refrigerant resulting in substantial savings.
